Visit Initialization Office (Admin Building - 2.208) -
All new employees must successfully complete their visit to the Initialization Office BEFORE they begin working; or no later than the 3rd day.

Parking is available in the garage located at the corner of Market and University Blvd. You are responsible for parking fees. |

| The hiring process cannot be completed until you visit the Initialization Office.
Upon completion of Initialization, you will receive final clearance to go to work, including: |

All required training must be completed within the first 30 days of employment. All required training can be done on-line.
The first time you login to the compliance site you will need to use your UTMB badge number for your User ID and Password. Once you have accessed the courses you will be prompted to change your password to something else.
