Elizabeth Reifsnider, PhD, APRN, BC
Professor and Associate Dean for Research (Bio)

Dr. Reifsnider consults with faculty members concerning all phases of grant development. Please contact Anna Stinson if you wish to meet with Dr. Reifsnider to discuss grant development.

Hoang Nguyen, PhD
Assistant Professor, Senior Biostatistician (Bio)

Dr. Nguyen provides a wide range of statistical support consultation. Investigators are encouraged to seek assistance during the development phase of their protocols. It is at this stage that discussions of study design, including selection of an appropriate sample size, statistical analysis, and data management can most benefit investigators. Investigators may also request help in writing the statistical sections of their protocols. Dr. Nguyen is also available to meet with investigators while studies are in progress, or after data collection has been completed.

Anna Stinson

Secretary

Ms. Stinson serves as Assistant to Dr. Reifsnider and coordinates the center's daily office activities. In addition, she maintains the center's record keeping and filing systems. Ms. Stinson also processes both CNRE and grant related requisitions for investigators, such as travel, conference registration, and reimbursements.

Reneé Galloway
CNRE Coordinator

Ms. Galloway provides oversight for the proposal preparation and submission process. She assists faculty in preparing budgets according to proposal guidelines and reconciles intramural and non-federally funded proposals.  Ms. Galloway is also the Time and Effort Administrator and prepares reports reflecting budgeted effort and salary funding sources.

John M. Bernstein, MA
Grants and Contracts Specialist II

Mr. Bernstein's primary responsibilities are to assist faculty members with writing and editing grant proposals and manuscripts. He also assists with grant and manuscript submission in either electronic or paper formats.
