School of Nursing - Center for Nursing Research and Evaluation

The Center for Nursing Research and Evaluation (CNRE) supports research efforts, programs evaluation, and scholarly activities of the School of Nursing (SON) faculty, staff, and students. The CNRE provides assistance for a variety of efforts in the school.

All phases of preparation for submitting research and training grant proposals and post award maintenance
Dissemination of findings
Faculty development in research related activities
Evaluation for research studies and programs within the SON
All efforts within the SON to further the research mission of the school and the university

The School of Nursing has made tremendous strides in establishing its research base in recent years, and CNRE is pleased to have been able to contribute to that. We look forward to working with investigators to maintain that momentum, and strengthening the school's role in the research mission of UTMB.
