Student Handbook
The Student Handbook (PDF document) provides information and guidelines related to classroom, laboratory, and clinical experiences expectations. The licensure requirements set by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas and The School of Nursing NCLEX-RN preparation policies are included. Additional information regarding student services and policies are provided.

Bulletin Boards
Bulletin Boards are located throughout the School of Nursing/ School of Allied Health Science Building. Students are encouraged to review bulletin boards for upcoming events, rental and roommate opportunities, and other items of student interest. Students may post approved items on these bulletin boards. Approval may be obtained in the Office of Student Affairs.

Option Track information)
Info Depot
The Info Depot is a file cabinet for the baccalaureate and master's nursing students located on the 3rd floor near the elevators in room 3.1024. Each student has a personal folder. Course assignements, information concerning activities and upcoming events within the School of Nursing and university are placed in each folder. Students are responsible for regularly checking these file folders.
Student Lockers
Student lockers are available to the School of Nursing students. Students interested in obtaining a student locker should contact Tiffany Swain in the Office of Student Affairs. Due to the limited number of lockers, students are encouraged to make arrangements to share a locker with a classmate. If "sharing" arrangements are not made, the student may be assigned to share a locker with another student.
