Total hours = 60 for completion of the program.

   *  30 hours of Advanced Placement credit is awarded after successful completion of NURS 3308.

 **  Upper division electives may be taken in any term prior to graduation.

***  NURS 4402 is to be taken last term of program.

   + Pass Pharmacology Pretest before semester begins or have completed this course in previous programs within 5 years.

  • Students must complete 30 hours in residence at UTMB to satisfy degree requirements.
  • Students do not have to take the elective or they may petition to transfer a course into the curriculum or develop a portfolio for credit experience for one of the required courses.
