Focused on health promotion, human response, and healing, students have the opportunity to study in the areas of biobehavioral research, vulnerable populations and contemporary pedagogies. Each area is designed to provide students with the structure for developing a plan of study with in-depth knowledge in a specific area of research. MSN to PhD students earn a minimum of 63 credits and BSN to PhD students earn a minimum of 87 credits. All required courses for the MSN to PhD Program, exclusive of the dissertation, can be completed in two years of full-time study. All required courses for the BSN to PhD Program, excluding the dissertation, can be completed in three years of full-time study.
