Nursing Leadership & Nurse Education - Fall admission only 

All application materials must be sent in one packet.  This includes the following items:

• Application signature page

• Three professional letters of reference

• GRE or MAT scores No Longer a requirement, effective May 8, 2006

• Transcripts ( Electronic transcripts from institutions are preferred)

  
  UTMB will accept unofficial transcripts at the time the application is submitted. Upon acceptance into the program students will need to provide official transcripts (sent directly from the institutes you have attended) before enrollment.

Please note:  This application,  supporting statement and application fee may be submitted online. All application materials must be received in the Office of Enrollment Services by the deadline.

If your application is not complete by the stated deadline for the semester for which you have applied, your application will become inactive and will NOT be reviewed.  You must complete another application in order to be considered as an applicant for a different semester.  However, your transcripts and letters of reference will remain on file for one year.

Other requirements include the completion of a basic statistics course within the past 5 years, an interview, and other requirements specified by the individual program.

Students will be notified of their application status by the Office of Enrollment Services. However, the applicant is responsible for ensuring that all supporting documents have been received.
