The Masters students will be hooded during the Commencement Ceremony this year. If you are a Masters student please choose a faculty member from your program that you would like to hood you. Please make your decision by March 23. (Select Faculty Here)
Seniors, the time has finally come to fill out your Pinning Information and select the faculty member you hope will pin you at the pinning ceremony.
Please complete your pinning information form Feb 15 – March 15th pinning information form online. (Get Pinned)
The Polls are now open! Graduating Students may now go to the Ballot Box and vote for Pinning and Commencement Speakers, Outstanding Students, and the opening song for the Pinning Ceremony. You must have a valid UTMB user ID and password or pin to vote. (Vote Here)

The following information is for August 2007, December 2007 and April 2008 graduates.
Practice Day Activities - April 17, 2008 (schedule available prior to graduation)
Commencement- Moody Gardens Convention Center - April 18, 2008 (schedule available prior to graduation)

Note: You must indicate that you are booking for UTMB School of Nursing commencement to receive the discounted rate.
Things to do Prior to Graduation
Complete the Intent to Graduate Form and return to the School of Nursing as directed.
Complete the Diploma Name Card online via QuikChek (UTMB Student Services Online).
Utilize QuikChek to check for account holds and ensure that all holds are clear.
If completing courses outside of UTMB for transfer credit, submit official transcripts to the Office of Enrollment Services.
